Clean - The newer it looks, the better it sells. Check carefully for stains and holes in clothing. Clean all clothing and non-clothing items thoroughly before dropping off items.

Current - Sell warm weather clothing and shoes at our Spring sale. Save cold weather items for our Fall/Winter sale. If your items are out of season, they will be rejected

Complete - Be sure all parts & pieces are present before you drop off your items. Don't forget to check all batteries are working to avoid a battery supply fee.

Compliant - Important Safety Guidelines apply to car seats, cribs, infant equipment & toys. All of the Recalls & Safety Standards are listed at jbfsale.com for you to check each of your items before you sell.

Consignors will be charged $0.50 per item that needs to be pulled by a valet tagger due to staining, holes or items that are on our no thank you list. Consignors will be charges $1 per battery that needs to be replaced.
If more than 30% of the items you supply your tagger are not able to be tagged, your items will be returned to you, your valet fee will be kept as payment for your tagger to have sorted and inspected your items and you will not be able to use JBF Harford/Cecil County's valet tagging service.
You will have 7 days after you are notified your items cannot be tagged to contact JBF Harford/Cecil County to arrange pick-up of your items if your order is rejected for tagging or they will be donated.
Consignors will receive 40% of the amount their items sell for and Valet taggers receive 20% as their payment.

JBF Harford County does not guarantee items will sell at the sale.

In order to make sure my items scan at the registers, I attest that I have registered as "consignor" on the myjbftags site and have subsequently pressed the "tagging" button at least one time AFTER registration. If it is found by the event coordinator that I have missed this step, I consent for JBF to complete this step on my behalf and to charge and an administrative fee of $3 for my tags to be manually pointed after drop off is complete.

To ensure we offer only the best merchandise to our shoppers, we are introducing clothing inspection at drop-off starting this sale. All clothing must be reviewed before it can be placed on the sales floor.

Please arrive early enough for your drop-off appointment to hang your items on a rolling rack for inspection.

If fewer than 5 items are pulled from your inventory at drop-off (due to stains, improper tagging, or items on our "No Thank You" list), you’ll earn Perfect Consignor Status—which means you’ll skip clothing inspection at our next sale!

Seller Acknowledgements:*

Pre-paid Seller Fees are non-refundable (please reserve your Seller spot when you are certain about your plans to sell - this helps us plan for you).

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Forest Hill and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).

I understand that JBF of Forest Hill is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF of Forest Hill has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF of Forest Hill for the items I offer for sale.

I understand JBF Forest Hill will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission. I have inspected each item for safety, including checking all pockets for choking hazards or for items that may pose a risk to children.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item. I also acknowledge that I will be charged $0.50 per item pulled if it is found not to be clean, or in good operating condition, or is defective, or is broken or damaged in anyway. I also acknowledge that I will be charged a $1 per battery fee for items that lack batteries or are dropped off to the sale with dead batteries.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail.
