Pricing includes current early bird consigning fee of $15.00 and express drop off cost of $20.

Select this ticket if you do not have time to tag your own items! Make sure you also fill out the valet tagging contract in addition to paying your consignor fee.

Pricing includes current early bird consigning fee of $15.00 and tagging fee of $15 for 200 items or less, $30 for 200-400 items, or $45 for 400-600 items.

Consignors will be assigned a Valet tagger that will contact you to coordinate getting your items.

All Items must meet our quality & safety standards; the 4C's

Clean - The newer it looks, the better it sells. Check carefully for stains and holes in clothing. Clean all clothing and non-clothing items thoroughly before dropping off items.

Current - Sell warm weather clothing and shoes at our Spring sale. Save cold weather items for our Fall/Winter sale. If your items are out of season, they will be rejected

Complete - Be sure all parts & pieces are present before you drop off your items. Don't forget to check all batteries are working to avoid a battery supply fee.

Compliant - Important Safety Guidelines apply to car seats, cribs, infant equipment & toys. All of the Recalls & Safety Standards are listed at jbfsale.com for you to check each of your items before you sell.


Items must be cleaned, free of rips and stains, undamaged, not missing any pieces and be in gently loved condition. 


Consignors will be charged $0.50 per item that needs to be pulled by a valet tagger due to staining, holes or items that are on our no thank you list. Consignors will be charges $1 per battery that needs to be replaced.


If more than 30% of the items you supply your tagger are not able to be tagged, you will not be able to use JBF Harford/Cecil County's valet tagging service. Please visit our website for our Not Thank You list and for our item limits. harfordcounty.jbfsale.com


If more than 20% of the items you supply your tagger are not able to be tagged, your items will be returned to you and your valet fee will be kept as payment for your tagger to have sorted and inspected your items.


You will have 7 days after you are notified your items cannot be tagged to contact JBF Harford/Cecil County to arrange pick-up of your items if your order is rejected for tagging or they will be donated.


Consignors will receive 40% of the amount their items sell for and Valet taggers receive 20% as their payment.


JBF Harford County does not guarantee items will sell at the sale.


I understand and agree that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my sale items.

In order to make sure my items scan at the registers, I attest that I have registered as "consignor" on the myjbftags site and have subsequently pressed the "tagging" button at least one time AFTER registration. If it is found by the event coordinator that I have missed this step, I consent for JBF to complete this step on my behalf and to charge and an administrative fee of $3 for my tags to be manually pointed after drop off is complete.

  • We will email you a check, you print and deposit.

  • If your bank or credit union does not accept eChecks, please request a paper check. I attest that my address in the myjbftags site is correct and where I would like my check sent.

  • This payment option is only available for those receiving consignor checks equal to or less than $500.

  • This payment option will provide you 70% of your check in JBF bucks to be used at any future JBF Harford/Cecil County sales.

Pre-paid Seller Fees are non-refundable (please reserve your Seller spot when you are certain about your plans to sell - this helps us plan for you).

I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) Harford County and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning.

I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire when you arrive).

I understand that JBF Harford County is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF Harford County has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF Harford County for the items I offer for sale.

I understand JBF Harford County will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.

I understand if my item is marked full price, it will only be sold at full price; if my item is marked to reduce, it will be discounted during Half Price Presale and on 50% off day. I understand that if I have marked my items to DONATE, they will have one additional opportunity to sell AFTER the close of the 50% off sale. Sort Team will be able to purchase items marked DONATE while they sort for 75% off the ticketed price, REGARDLESS of whether they are marked to reduce.

I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission. I have inspected each item for safety, including checking all pockets for choking hazards or for items that may pose a risk to children.

Each item is clean, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken or damaged in any way. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.

I understand that unsold items that are NOT marked DONATE will be sorted to the first letter of my consignor number. I will be responsible for picking up my items from each area.

I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

I understand that the email address listed in my JBF Profile will be used to issue my consignor payment unless I request a paper check sent via US mail.
Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
